Yup, it 100% has to be due to genetics. Each continent was formerly inhabited by Blacks that came out of Africa, in parts of Asia & the Pacific Islands including Australia, those original Black peoples still exist today: the Negritos/Aetas of the Philippine Islands, the Andamanese + Sentinels of India, the Polynesians & Aboriginal Australians, etc
